Bot Hello is a CX optimization agency focused on helping businesses improve customer support experiences. The goal of this project was to design a modern, engaging website that communicates innovation, trust, and a human-centered approach to technology.

Project Goal
The goal was to create a visually distinctive and approachable digital presence that reflects the brand’s expertise in customer experience while appealing to tech-driven companies. The design needed to balance professionalism with playfulness to make complex CX services feel accessible and inviting.
challenge
The previous website lacked structure and hierarchy, making it difficult for users to grasp what BotHello offered. Its visuals felt outdated and inconsistent, failing to convey the credibility of a leading tech provider.

Design Approach
The challenge was to translate technical services, like AI chatbots and analytics, into a friendly, easy to understand narrative without losing credibility or sophistication.

The result is a design that feels modern, approachable, and customer-focused, perfectly aligning with Bot Hello’s mission.

DePC Suite

Context
DePC Suite is a software company that also offers online programming courses. They needed to redesign their virtual campus platform to improve usability and create a more engaging, modern learning experience.

Project Goal
The main goal was to update the internal platform with a cleaner, more intuitive interface that aligns with current design standards and improves the student experience during their learning journey.
Challenge
The previous platform looked outdated and lacked visual hierarchy, making navigation confusing for users. Information about classes, progress, and upcoming events was scattered, and the interface didn’t effectively support students in tracking their learning process.

Design Approach
The redesign focused on simplifying the experience and making the platform feel more human and motivating. I restructured the dashboard around key elements like progress tracking, upcoming classes, and active courses, ensuring they were immediately accessible.

The visual system was refreshed with a consistent red and gray palette, clear iconography, and modular cards to organize information. Special attention was given to the progress and rewards section, where students receive visual feedback and incentives to stay engaged as they advance through the course.
Impact / Results
The new interface provides a smoother and more engaging user experience. Students can now easily monitor their progress, access live classes, and stay motivated through clear visual milestones. The redesign helped modernize the brand’s digital identity and significantly improved usability across the platform.

Bel community

context
Bel Community is a tutoring platform that helps students of all levels achieve their academic goals. For over four years, I worked with the project as a freelance designer, supporting key stages of its digital growth.

Project Goal
The main goal was to build a strong, scalable digital presence aligned with the brand’s evolution. I participated in a rebranding process, the creation of the web onboarding experience, lead-generation landing pages, and checkout flows focused on improving the user experience.
Challenge
The main challenge was to inspire trust in parents through the website, making them feel confident about their children taking classes online. Bel needed to improve visibility, automate student acquisition, and maintain visual consistency across the rebranding process.

Continuous visual and functional optimization helped increase lead generation and strengthen brand recognition in the education sector. The result was a consistent, user-centered digital experience that supported Bel Community’s sustained growth over the years.

The goal of this project was to design the brand’s digital presence from scratch. A modern e-commerce website that feels artisanal yet contemporary. The site needed to balance sophistication with warmth, emphasizing the human touch behind each piece while ensuring a smooth, intuitive shopping experience.

The brand was starting from zero, with no existing digital identity. The main challenge was to translate the tactile, emotional qualities of handmade jewelry into a clean and engaging digital format that resonates with both local and international audiences.

The final design feels authentic, fresh, and expressive, elevating the perception of Fogo as a modern jewelry brand rooted in craftsmanship and creativity. The website delivers a premium yet approachable experience that mirrors the soul of each handmade piece.

Rently Soft is an all-in-one, innovative Car Rental Management Software. As the company grew internationally, their website no longer reflected their technological maturity or the human team behind their software. They needed a new site that could balance innovation, trust, and clarity.
